Paying by Nagad — the four steps

Nagad is a send money transfer to the number the operator publishes in the app. The checkout screen shows that number, the exact amount, and a copy button, so you never type it from memory.

1. Open the Nagad app (or dial *167#) and tap Send Money — not Payment, not Cash Out. Send Money is the one the assistant can check.
2. Send the exact amount — ৳100 for Pro, ৳300 for Enterprise. The number and the amount are both on the checkout screen with a copy button.
3. Copy the TrxID from the SMS Nagad sends you. It looks like 7A9F2C1B4D. Cash Out and Payment transactions are not accepted, because they cannot be matched against a Send Money record.
4. Paste the TrxID and your number into the app and press Confirm. If the operator has a Nagad merchant account, Nagad itself confirms the payment and your plan switches on immediately; otherwise a person checks the statement and switches it on, usually within a few minutes.

One TrxID pays for one order. If a TrxID was already used, the app tells you instead of silently accepting it. If a payment cannot be matched, the order is marked rejected with a reason and your account stays on the plan you had — no silent charges.

What happens after you pay

• The plan lasts a month. The expiry date is shown on your subscription page. Nothing renews automatically — when the month is over you simply pay again, or keep using the free plan.
• How fast it switches on. With a Nagad merchant account, the switch is automatic within seconds of the payment. On a personal number — which is what most shops use — a person confirms it, usually within minutes. You do not have to pay twice while you wait.
• Cards and bKash still work. If you would rather not use Nagad, the same checkout offers the SSLCommerz page (cards, bKash, internet banking) for the same taka price.
• What counts against the allowance. Only cloud model requests. Local on-device models are unmetered, and normal dashboard use costs nothing.
• If something goes wrong. The Payments list in the app shows every order with its status and the TrxID you submitted, so a disagreement can be settled from a receipt rather than from memory.

Which plan do I actually need?

Free if you answer a handful of customers a day and do not post on a schedule. Pro if you want the assistant posting every day, or answering on Messenger, Instagram or Telegram as well as WhatsApp. Enterprise if you run several numbers or need the frontier models. You can switch down to Free yourself at any time; you can never be upgraded without a payment that was actually confirmed.
